To add your child’s name simply add a “note to seller” or send us a message her on eBay. Please note the longer the name the smaller the print.
All our garments are printed to order fresh and new.
Check our size chart and compare it with one of your existing t-shirts. Our measurements are right the way round (front and back) and are “to fit” (the measurement of your chest – the t-shirt will be slightly bigger “to fit” your chest size).

Delivery
To all customers please be aware when placing an order to be 100% sure of your Delivery Address with Your Name, House Number, Correct Postcode & any other necessary details and are matching and updated on both eBay and PayPal before confirming your order as once the order has been placed we can’t be held responsible for any changes that may be needed as we would have already processed your order and therefore it would not be possible to make any changes. Furthermore if the delivery address and other required details do not correspond on both eBay and Paypal we will have to cancel the order.
As we print these t-shirts to order there is a maximum of 3 working days turn around time.
UK
All our t-shirts are sent 24 signed for within the UK. Someone will need to sign for it. If you aren’t at home when delivery is attempted you can re arrange delivery online with the “whilst you were out” card that the royal mail will have left for you. Delivery usually takes 24-48 hours after dispatch (not after you have made payment).
Weekends and bank holidays are not counted as working days.
E.U.
All our t-shirts are sent airmail for European Union member countries. Delivery times can vary. Please be patient and contact us if you feel it has taken longer than normal.

Undelivered Item
If your item comes back to us for any reason such as addressee has gone away, no answer, address incomplete, address inaccessible, address unknown, refused, not called for or recipients (no one) available to sign the parcel to the delivery address, then the buyer will be responsible for the process of getting the item resent again.
Please do not sign for and accept the item if you find the seal has been opened or the packaging is damaged. We can’t accept responsibility for damaged items after they have been accepted. Please contact us immediately if the item you have received is damaged and we will do our utmost to rectify the issue.
Returns
We will accept returns on all our products including faulty items within 30 days of receipt of the item.
If you change your mind for any reason, or in the unlikely event of the product being faulty, damaged or significantly different to the description, you can send the item back for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt.
Any damaged or faulty items, the postage costs will be covered by us, in all other circumstances the buyer will be responsible for return postage costs.
When returning an item because you have changed your mind, the item must be unused and must be in resellable condition once returned back to us.
It is your responsibility to repack the item carefully and send it back to us.
Payment
We only accept Paypal as the form of payment as it is the fastest and safest option for us to take the payment.
We do not accept payment by Bank Transfer, Postal Order and Cheques.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept Credit & Debit card payments over the phone.
If payment or correspondence is not received within 3 days of the transaction, the transaction will be cancelled. Otherwise an Unpaid Item Dispute case will be opened, which will reflect badly against the buyer’s name on eBay for future transactions.
