Vintage plastic Toy Syringe, spring operated, works properly. It’s old and dirty, has some small gouges to the plastic. I haven’t tried to wash it in case it got damaged. Made of soft plastic or rubber. No brand name found. See photo with penny for scale. Great for shadow box display, jewelry making, or art project.
