WASHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUSTOM SHIRTS:
Leave finished item for at least 24 hours before washing.
Fabrics may then be machine washed separately in cold water
(inside out, DO NOT USE BLEACH or bleach additive detergent)
Do NOT use fabric softener
Do not dry clean
Do not iron over image
Dry at normal setting
SHIPPING AND RETURNS/REFUNDS
If you pay with PayPal eCheck, process time starts after payment has cleared usually 3-5 days.
Shipping times are USPS Estimated times and are not guaranteed by us or USPS.
Standard Shipping: USPS First Class 3-7 days (shipping time is not guaranteed)
Priority Shipping: USPS Priority 2-3 days (shipping time is not guaranteed)
Please be aware that USPS can delay shipping for whatever reason and it could take 14 days to receive package. We do not have any control on how long it takes USPS to delivery mail and can not guarantee delivery time for USPS First Class or Priority mail so please keep this in mind when ordering a shirt.
If your package has not been updated for a few days please go to USPS and fill out their delayed mail report and someone from USPS will contact you. This is the fastest way to find out the status of your package.
Please double check your shipping address in Paypal order. We won’t be held responsible for incorrectly inputted addresses. If a package comes back as undeliverable as addressed or delivered to listed address there will not be a refund or replacement, but we will gladly resend to the correct address once shipping has been paid for again. We will invoice you for the cost of shipping.

PLEASE NOTE:
Sample images are not the actual shirts. They are only samples made with a graphics program in order for customers to see what the image would look like on a shirt. Due to different monitor settings colors may vary and brightness of images will not be the same. Graphic images will always look more colorful and brighter on a HD monitor.
